The documentary series shows the most interesting stories from the world of rescue teams from the Air Zermatt. For a month in summer 2006, three teams of Dok-Swiss TV helicopter pilots, flight assistants, paramedics and engineers of Air Zermatt their adventurous missions have followed.
The Air Zermatt and the village of Zermatt are closely related - many of the employees are in Zermatt. This allows the DOK-team draw a picture of the mountain village and its people: how they live, what they do in their spare time and how do they deal with the fates in daily life?
